Vroumens, VK Media’s first digital magazine title, launched on 26 December 2020. This first-ever edition, launched during a pandemic, has had nearly 100 000 downloads to date.
And now the second edition is here, with more features from inspirational women, DIY tips for your home office, yummy recipes, and a BIG giveaway. This feel lekke edition is even more special as it focuses on love, health, mental wellbeing – and it contains video content!

Music sensation Paxton Fielies graces the cover of this edition. Paxton sat down with us to talk all things lockdown, cyberbullying, success, and new music.
Every Vroumens edition focuses on women who push boundaries and are making a difference in our society. These are stories that will inspire and motivate you.
In this edition, we talk to women who are taking over previously male-dominated industries. Rushda Moosajee, better known as Rushtush, is a fitness mogul and boss mom. She’s making healthy, look and taste, lekke again on page 8.
We also talk to the Queen of Smoke, Stacey-Lee May. She’s a tiny 25-year-old female spinner and contestant on Netflix’s Hyperdrive. If you’ve never heard of her or seen her hang out of the window of a spinning car – read the article on page 10.
Every edition includes lifestyle features like ‘Dite is Life’, a food segment with contributions from chef Ayesha Suliman and Rushtush. In our ‘Net Liggies’ feature, we shake it up with Bobi! She has put together delicious mocktail recipes using NP Rooibos products. We’ve even included video content so that can follow Bobi step by step.
