The Presidency has announced that on Saturday, 15 August President Cyril Ramaphosa will deliver a national address at 8 pm.
The President is expected to inform South Africans on new developments in the country’s risk-adjusted strategy to manage the spread of Covid-19 and its effects in other sectors.
The statement read, “The President’s address follows a meeting earlier this week of the National Coronavirus Command Council and meetings today of the President’s Coordinating Council and Cabinet,”
The address will be broadcasted live on television and radio. It will also be live-streamed across various platforms.
