Over 400 000 Worldwide Have Now Recovered From the Coronavirus

Of the approximately 511,425 confirmed closed cases reported around the world, more than 400,000 people have recovered from coronavirus.

New data shows that over 400,000 people around the world have recovered from the novel coronavirus.

Current active cases -upon publication of this article- are at 1,267,437 according to the worldometer tracker, of which 96% are mild conditions.

South Africa’s total number of confirmed active Covid-19 cases is 2028 and the total number of recoveries of closed cases is at 410 with 25 confirmed deaths. According to Dr Zweli Mkhize the latest Covid-19 death was of a 61 year old male.
